Sessions, Classes & Support
Currently, I specialize in offering remote healing and classes, providing you with effective support and training from the comfort and privacy of your own space.
All sessions are scheduled in Eastern Time via Zoom.
Distant Reiki Sessions
30 Minute & 60 Minute Sessions
Focus
Includes Reiki energy channeling to promote relaxation, nervous system regulation, balance, and healing.
For chronic conditions, stress management, or long-term personal growth, receiving Reiki consistently over a period of weeks is highly recommended for optimal results.
Cost
$55 (US) for 30 minutes
$100 (US) for 60 minutes
$290 (US) for 3×60 minute sessions
What to Expect
Preparation
You find a quiet space to relax (lying down is recommended, but not necessary).
Session & Follow Up
We first briefly discuss your intention for the session. I then send the healing energy and you simply relax and receive.
We connect immediately afterwards to discuss your experience and any insights depending on your preference. Note: There is limited time for this in 30 minute sessions. Book a 60 minute session if you would like to discuss your experience in more depth or would like more time receiving Reiki.
Reiki Classes
Reiki 1 & Reiki 2 Classes
I offer one-on-one or small group classes virtually so you can get the attention and support that you need throughout class. Classes include an attunement, training, manual, and certificate. Please use the contact page or the button below to contact me to schedule a class.

Reiki Support & Guidance Session
Description
A personalized one-on-one session after completing a Reiki class to help you build confidence in your Reiki practice, ask questions, receive guidance, and deepen your connection to the energy.
Most students benefit from 1-3 of these support sessions to build confidence.
Cost
$115 (US) for 60 minutes
$330 (US) for 3×60 minute sessions
Cancellation & Payment Policy
Please provide payment prior to your appointment. Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be provided a refund.
Late Arrival Policy
Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the original time to honor the next client.
Missed Sessions/No-shows
If you miss your session, the full session fee will still apply. For Distant Reiki sessions, I will still send Reiki during your scheduled time, even if you are not present on the video call.
